All returns, repairs or warranty claims products must be shipped to Acura Spa Systems, Inc.
freight prepaid and fully insured.
Returns: All returns must be within 45 days from date of shipment from our facility. All returns are automatically subject to a 50% restocking fee. No return will
be accepted for credit. Returned product must be in its original box free of damage,
unused and without scratch marks.

before submitting a request for RMA.
ATTENTION: Please send a detailed description of your situation along with your order number and images to
orders@acuraspa.com. Upon review and approval
of your submission, we will send an RMA form that must accompany the returned shipment. Any package
sent to our facility that does not have an approved RMA form will NOT be processed and may
be disposed of at the sender's expense.
Please Note: For many years Acura Spa Systems, Inc. has produced products and sold them to spa manufacturers or dealers per their specifications. Spa manufacturers or dealers have their own warranties that are separate from Acura Spa Systems, Inc. Acura Spa Systems, Inc. product warranty is between Acura Spa Systems and the original purchaser of the product(s). Acura Spa Systems, Inc. product warranty is non-transferrable.

**Beating competitor's price: We will meet or beat any competitor's written quotation for hardware of the same capability, such as: plumbing size, voltage, motor horsepower, motor 1 or 2-speed, heater length, safety test report, etc.
